Cut strawberries, raspberries and any other large berries into smaller pieces.

Cut the passion fruits in half.

Whip cream and vanilla sugar into a thick cream.

Arrange small pavlova bases, berries, passion fruit, nuts and cream on a large serving board.

Let guests assemble their own small pavlovas when serving.
