Instructions
Mix the medister mince and salt well until the mixture becomes even and slightly sticky.
Gradually add whole milk while stirring.
Add potato starch, freshly ground pepper, ground nutmeg, ginger powder and ground cloves. Mix into an even mixture.
Shape the medisterkaker with a tablespoon and the palm of your hand. Dip the spoon and hand in cold water as you work so the mixture does not stick.
Fry the patties in a hot pan with butter until golden on both sides.
Transfer the patties to an ovenproof dish.
Bake at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, until the medisterkaker are cooked through.

Tips & tricks
