Instructions

Finely chop the shallots.

Add ground beef, salt, pepper, nutmeg, shallots, cream, potato starch and egg to a stand mixer.

Mix into an even and sticky meat mixture.

Shape meatballs with a damp spoon or damp hands.

Heat butter in a frying pan over medium high heat.

Cook the meatballs for about 4 minutes on each side, until cooked through and golden.

Serve with your preferred sides, such as potatoes, brown sauce, cabbage stew or lingonberries.
