Instructions

Add flour, sugar, butter, egg and milk to a stand mixer.

Mix into a smooth and pliable dough.

Roll the dough into small balls.

Place the balls with some space between them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Gently press each ball down with a fork to make a pattern.

Bake in the middle of the oven at 175 degrees for about 10 minutes, until lightly golden.

Cool the fork cookies on a wire rack before serving or storing.
