Instructions

Pour the cream into a large bowl and whip to soft peaks that hold their shape.

Gently fold sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract into the cream with a spatula.

Roughly chop dark chocolate or pistachios if you want to flavor the ice cream.

Gently fold your chosen flavoring into the ice cream mixture.

Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or other freezer safe container. Smooth the surface.

Cover the container well with plastic wrap or a lid.

Freeze the ice cream for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight, until firm.

Take the ice cream out 5 to 10 minutes before serving so it is easier to scoop.

Tips & tricks
