Instructions

Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces.

Finely chop shallot, chives and dill.

Whip cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper into an airy cream.

Fold in smoked salmon, shallot and dill.

Fill the tartlet shells with smoked salmon cream just before serving.

Top with chives.
