Tips & tricks

Do not bake blondies until completely dry. They should seem slightly soft in the center when removed, as they continue setting in the pan.

Did you know?

Blondies get their chewy texture from plenty of butter and sugar, and differ from brownies because they do not contain cocoa in the batter. White chocolate adds mild sweetness, while walnuts bring bitterness and crunch that make the bars more balanced.
